- 400 g Cirio Pasta Sauce Bologna (vegan)
- 500 g polenta
- 2 l water
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the polenta and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Once cooked, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Stir for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the Cirio Bologna Pasta Sauce for about 2 minutes.
- Divide the polenta into individual bowls and top each serving with 3 tablespoons of sauce.
