1 jar Cirio Pesto
200g Pangasius fish filets
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
- Place your pan on the stove and turn the heat up to a medium-high and put your olive oil in.
- Season your fish filets thoroughly with salt and pepper before gently placing them into the pan.
- Fry each side for 4-5 minutes or until lightly crusted and browned.
- Take the fish filets out of the pan and rest on a plate for 1 minute.
- Once the fish has cooled slightly, take a tablespoon of Cirio Pesto and spread it over the fish. Be careful not to use too little or too much.
- Season further with salt and pepper as desired.
