Grilled fish with pesto

ingredients

1 jar Cirio Pesto

200g Pangasius fish filets

Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

Preparation
  1. Place your pan on the stove and turn the heat up to a medium-high and put your olive oil in.
  2. Season your fish filets thoroughly with salt and pepper before gently placing them into the pan.
  3. Fry each side for 4-5 minutes or until lightly crusted and browned.
  4. Take the fish filets out of the pan and rest on a plate for 1 minute.
  5. Once the fish has cooled slightly, take a tablespoon of Cirio Pesto and spread it over the fish. Be careful not to use too little or too much.
  6. Season further with salt and pepper as desired.
  7. Buon appetito!
