Lasagne with Bolognese Sauce

  • 400 g lasagna sheets
  • 2 packs Cirio Pasta Sauce Bologna (vegan)
  • Béchamel sauce
  • 6 tablespoons grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Preparation

  1. Prepare the béchamel sauce (or use a ready-made one).
  2. In a baking tray spread a layer of béchamel sauce with a large spoon and two tablespoons of the vegan Bologna sauce and some grated Parmesan, then place the first layer of lasagna sheets on top.
  3. Repeat the process until you’ve used up all the lasagna sheets (ideally 5 layers). Make sure you’re using enough sauce and béchamel to prevent the edges of the lasagne from drying out
  4. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, remove the dish from the oven.
  6. Let it rest for about ten minutes, then cut the lasagne into 4 portions and serve.
