
Lasagne with Bolognese Sauce

- 400 g lasagna sheets
- 2 packs Cirio Pasta Sauce Bologna (vegan)
- Béchamel sauce
- 6 tablespoons grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Preparation
- Prepare the béchamel sauce (or use a ready-made one).
- In a baking tray spread a layer of béchamel sauce with a large spoon and two tablespoons of the vegan Bologna sauce and some grated Parmesan, then place the first layer of lasagna sheets on top.
- Repeat the process until you’ve used up all the lasagna sheets (ideally 5 layers). Make sure you’re using enough sauce and béchamel to prevent the edges of the lasagne from drying out
- Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the dish from the oven.
- Let it rest for about ten minutes, then cut the lasagne into 4 portions and serve.
