
Puff pastry rolls with tomatoe and zucchini

50 g CIRIO Passata
50 g CIRIO Pomodorini
1 puff pastry roll
2 Courgettes
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut it in rectangles of the same size.
- Slice the zucchini into thick rings and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Cover the whole rectangle with Cirio Passata.
- Put a few courgettes slices on puff pastry and leaving half of the slice out of the pastry, season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the rectangle making sure you keep the zucchini inside
- Put half of a cherry tomato in the centre of the roll and place them on a bake tray.
- Bake at 200 °C in a ventilated oven for 10 minutes.
