Vegan Polenta with Bolognese Sauce

ingredients
  • 400 g Cirio Pasta Sauce Bologna (vegan)
  • 500 g polenta
  • 2 l water
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the polenta and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  2. Once cooked, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Stir for 3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the Cirio Bologna Pasta Sauce for about 2 minutes.
  4. Divide the polenta into individual bowls and top each serving with 3 tablespoons of sauce.
