350 g CIRIO Passata Rustica
1 whole bred baguette
1 tin of oily anchovies
Fresh basil
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Slice the baguette in pieces of about 1cm.
- Open the Cirio Rustica and pour into a bowl Season with oil, salt, pepper and some shredded basil leaf .
- Mix gently for a while Drain the anchovies.
- Cover the bread with tomato.
- Place the anchovy on top of the tomato Serve it garnished with basil leaves.
