1 carton of Cirio Ceci Chickpeas

2 fresh tomatoes diced

1 diced cucumber

½ onion sliced

¼ cup parsley

100 grams feta cheese

Dressing

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp salt

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
  1. Bring out all the ingredients for the dressing and mix them together in a bowl; 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp salt, ⅛ tsp black pepper.
  2. Once your dressing is mixed, wash your vegetables and drain them well, including the Cirio Chickpeas.
  3. Put all your vegetables into a salad bowl and add your dressing.
  4. Toss the salad to get the dressing equally coated.
  5. Crumble your feta cheese and toss it into the salad.
  6. Add salt and pepper as desired
