
Meatballs with Tomato sauce by James Martin

300g beef mince
300g pork mince
salt
pepper
For the Tomato Sauce
800 g CIRIO Chopped Tomatoes
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic chopped cloves
Few sprigs of basil
Preparation
- Season the meat Mix together thoroughly and roll into 12 even sized balls.
- Heat a large non -stick pan on a medium heat
- Add the olive oil garlic and basil warm for a minute or two
- Add the tomatoes season stir through then gently bubble for 8 to 10 minutes
- Pop in the meatballs place the lid on top and cook for a further 8 to 10 minutes.
