Bruschettas with tomato, basil and anchovies

ingredients

350 g CIRIO Passata Rustica
1 whole bred baguette
1 tin of oily anchovies
Fresh basil

Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
  1. Slice the baguette in pieces of about 1cm.
  2. Open the Cirio Rustica and pour into a bowl Season with oil, salt, pepper and some shredded basil leaf .
  3. Mix gently for a while Drain the anchovies.
  4. Cover the bread with tomato.
  5. Place the anchovy on top of the tomato Serve it garnished with basil leaves.
