
Chicken chorizo and bean stew by James Martin

ingredients
25ml olive oil
8 skinless boneless chicken thighs
salt and pepper
200g chorizo sliced
1 large onion, peeled and diced
4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 x 400g Cirio chopped tomatoes
1 small bunch basil, shredded
1 can cannellini beans drained
Preparation
- In a large non-stick pan fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown, season then add all the remaining ingredients bring to the boil then gently simmer for 20 minutes.
